Scope of Agreement

These are the conditions of the contract between you, the Client (“You” and “your”) and CXO Bespokes Ltd (“CXO Bespokes Ltd”, “we”, “us” and “our”) governing your use of our services, including the delegate/speaker as set out in our online registration form.
Each Booking Confirmation Form that you sign is an offer from you to us. In most cases, we expect to accept any booking placed on the basis of a Booking Confirmation Form provided you meet the qualification criteria for the Event but we reserve the right to reject any booking and any that you place is only accepted by us once we confirm to you in writing (or by email) that it is accepted.

Our Commitment to You

Banking Delegates and Speaker attendees are invited on a Complimentary Invitation/free of charge to attend the event.
We reserve the right to determine the theme, scope and content of seminars and presentations to be held during the event, and to vary the programme and/or its contents as deemed necessary.
Should the Event be cancelled, or the location be changed for reasons or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the Event, including changing the location, upon written notice to you.
The event package includes: Lunch or dinner for all attendees along with house wines and soft drinks organised by the event sponsor.

Only named and pre-registered executives may attend the event. No persons other than those officially registered with us may attend any part of the Event.
You warrant and represent to us that the profile entry provided by you will not contain anything that is defamatory, obscene, false, or misleading or which otherwise violates any intellectual property rights or rights of any person and the use of the profile entry materials provided by you will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You agree that there have been no guarantees made by us for this delegates or speaker package and that no employee of CXO Bespokes Ltd has made a promise or commitment that does not appear here.

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, we kindly request that you provide us with a notice of cancellation in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Additionally, please ensure that a replacement from your organisation is arranged to attend in your absence.

By registering for this event, you are agreeing to the transfer of this data and are deemed to provide consent for the sponsors/attendees to hold and use that data. If you wish to withdraw consent or to exercise any data protection rights with regard to how such recipients process and use your personal data, you must do so directly with such recipients.
You agree that CXO Bespokes Ltd may use your name, job title, company name, company logo and image/photographs for promotional purposes.
You are responsible for your own flights, transfers and accommodation arrangements and all the costs associated with them.
CXO Bespokes Ltd will not be liable for your personal injury and loss or damage to your property.
This agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with English lawand each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England will have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

If CXO Bespokes Ltd is unable to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement by reason of any circumstance, cause or event outside its control including (without limitation of the generality of this Clause) any governmental restriction, adverse weather, acts of terrorism, riot, commotion, acts of God, industrial action, breakdown of plant or any failure of gas, water services, electricity etc., CXO Bespokes Ltd shall be entitled to be relieved of its obligations hereunder to the extent to which performance of the obligations is prevented, frustrated or suspended. In such circumstances non-performance, part-performance or delay in performance of the obligations of the CXO Bespokes Ltd hereunder shall not entitle the Client to claim damages of any kind whatsoever whether direct, indirect or consequential.
